From 5 stars to 1 star. THIS DIDN'T HAVE A ROMANCE TAG WHEN I STARTED READING THIS. It was extremely enjoyable at first, until the academy arc. It had hints of romance before the academy arc but I shrugged it off since the tag wasn't there. I would have been okay with it eventually developing as the MC continued to grow but for Eff's sake man, why did the story have to go and ruin itself AAAAUUUGH I'm so angry. SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT DO NOT READ IF YOU STILL WANT TO ENJOY THIS PIECE OF SH*T . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . MC's romantic interest is the elf girl. Who's apparently from his old world. Elf girl's soul had a lover in MC's old world. MC battled the girl and her lover or some sh*t like that. MC transmigrated to current world. He eventually realises he has feelings for elf girl. She be a dumbass b*tch. HER DUMBASS SELF GETS SYLVIE KILLED!!!!!! ALSO!! Remember her soul had a lover in their previous world?? Well, he transmigrated too. To MC's world too. GUESS WHO HE IS IN THEIR CURRENT WORLD. GUESS. Best boi Elijah. GUESS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. YOU'RE NEVER GONNA BE ABLE TO GUESS. APPARENTLY ELIJAH IS THE EFFING VILLAIN. ALSO HE DIES. ALSO THE STORY CONTINUES ON TO THE SH*TS MAN.

It started out so promising, but it's just so effing stupid how Khalid's actions are being justified because, ya know, he's tragic and all that sh*t. Sick of seeing him and the FL dwelling on him.

FUCK THIS SH*T HOW IS THE DEMON LORD THE ML WHEN IT SHOULD BE JEFFREY DROPPED THE NOVEL BECAUSE OF THIS UUUUUUGH

I was gonna give it a chance despite the art because we can't always have eye-candy ones in our reading list. But I hoped out of there after barely got through 5 chapters. I know I'm gonna hate the ML already, and it's gonna be a hell of a frustrating ride, especially with the FL. I can't. There are so many others to read. It's like deciding on eating bland oatmeal for breakfast, but end up having no milk, no sugar, no Nothing to add to it.

I'm an idiot for starting this. I really loved the art style and the way it hooks readers in the beginning. But when the plot progressed and we got foreshadowing on the villain, I had a nagging suspicion it was going to be one of those. The types I really hate and it would just disappoint me infinitely. So I checked spoilers. And my suspicions were correct. All my predictions were right. (Well, except for a certain point between ML and MC). The villain is an idiot. Barely any mystery. Ex-fiance is also an idiot. It was kinda eh. I dunno if I'll come back to read this but life is too short and my TBR list is so friggin long.
