Because of that he’s decided to never fall in love again and never have anpther relationship. Then Shuuna, his kouhai at work, has a one night stand with him and everything slowly changes. It’s a heartbreaking/healing story.

The mangaka wrote in the last chapter how they wanted to have a world where gender discrimination wasn’t present, and it’s handled quite beautifully here. An alpha elementary school teacher falls in love again with the same counselor that turned him down 7 years ago, only for the love betweem then this time to become mutual.
