In the process of getting close to a target, he meets the (seme) tich young master who has become numb due to always getting what he wants. For one, it’s instant attraction or love at first sight, for the other it’s first a distraction but then a decision to stay (because the other is the first time in his life when he has felt no need for violence or killing something).
