This story was a lot. I think I'm too sad to enjoy it. Hmm... I'm not sure I like the way it ended. Overall I would say it's good. I am not Japanese so I don't understand the commentary on Japanese society, gangs, and how the Japanese don't express their inner feelings, etc. It's probably unique of a Yaoi to have any of these themes taken seriously at all.
Honestly I don't think this needed to be Yaoi. I mean, I didn't read it to see any romantic relationship.
One thing is, SPOILER did Kai actually kill Bunta? Was the news just wrong? I just thought it was just much too cruel of a thing for him to do. I wish comments could come back on the site, even though ppl could be so toxic here. =/ I still like reading other ppl's opinions.
