It's a story with twins, a boy and girl, in which the girl has a heart problem so she had a heart transplant when she was a little, also her father was a doctor, he found a boy who was sick so as desperate as he was he lied to the boy's parents that he had some incurable disease and that he would die so that he can take his heart for his own daughter, many years later the twins have some twisted relationship (most probably incest), but then the girl falls in love with the brother of the lil boy's heart (who died just so his heart coulb be taken away), but her twin forbid the relationship yandere-style so they elope together(the bro and the sis) but they didn't bring the medical pills so the girl dies, it was so tragic, in the end her brother commits suicide, also the girl died trying to call for her boyfriend (the brother of the little boy that died because of her), and also he approaches her because he wants revenge), before the brother commits suicide he brings the cell phone to her boyfriend, it was a sad ending. I have to say, the twin bro had it coming from the beginning. His twin loved him since the beginning, but he kept pushing her away, going as far as finding himself a girlfriend to keep their distance because he was scared for his own image (even though he loves her at an insane and unhealthy level) AND THEN when she finally falls in love with another guy, the bro twin just flips his shit and tries to monopolise her back. Twisted, I say, twisted.
