i really don't like characters like this that dont look for self-improvement. like ik thats the literal premise of this story and hes had a bad life, in a bad situation, and hes depressed, but even in the future ch hes just mooching off of soorim and thats not okay. ive struggled with mental health and it only gets worse if you dont want to get better and ive seen friends become toxic because they excuse their behavior while guilting you for not "doing enough" because of their mental health and yet they dont take steps to act on any of your advice or the help you provide. eventually, its so exhausting and made my mental health even worse, i dont need to read something like this that just takes me back to that. hooni might not be a malicious kid, but hes not doing anything to make himself a happier person either 10+ years down the line
