??? i just??? don't understand??? the logic??? in anything??????? they might be cute and "in love" but whats up with the director deciding theyre in a relationship and then deciding theyre "newlyweds" and moving in together and deciding to get doyoon a new wardrobe without any communication? do you want a lover or a doll? you might be a "nice guy" that "loves him so much" but i just see a possessive, obsessed stalker who has legit no reason to be so ride or die for this guy -- you liked him cus he was weak looking? what the fuck??? and doyoon has no appeal either besides being cute, he's just a pushover? -- and what was any of that vampire biology/politics shit -- the poltics and "manipulation" make no sense, if nux couldn't secure power then how is it a good idea to wear the face of jooyoung and make him the successor cus he's "stronger" or more wellsuited (which we havent seen anything to prove this) when vampires are gonna be used to associating his face with the weak nux?? (also if hes doing it for the greater good of the vampires why he act like some evil mastermind and kill himself immediately?) like NOTHING makes sense?! if you just wanted to draw porn just draw porn, i thought wed see some real plot but this is just vapid shit and none of the development made me feel invested at all -- the art is so nice but what a shame

surprisingly deep! i was here for the art in ch1 but each chapter layered the plot so well. it questions morality to immortal beings, the tragedy of a timeless/ageless existence -- and how these anxieties and depressions are actually quite familiar: "when should i become a star?" -- mourning and loss, the apathy in repetition and the craving to /feel/ something, anything, the fear of being different/of separation/of isolation, worrying over past lovers, wanting to be loved -- mundane worries, really, but written so tastefully here? quality shit. -- and the appropriated quote: "a wound is an entryway for light" -- so fuckin good man
