First of all, 700+ chapters means 700+ pages in reality, because each "chapter" is in fact only one page. Secondly, it's a Yonkoma (4 panels manga), so you can pretty much skip a lot of pages if you wish without much impact. But once you start, you probably won't, because the content is so funny.
I usually don't like yonkomas. But I read all the pages here and really liked it. It's still a 4 panels manga, so the story isn't very fluid and the aspect of slapstick is pretty prominent. But the story telling is great and the characters so adorkable that it's a great pleasure to follow their development.
