Spoiler * feel like this will soon develop in to a toxic codependant relationship. where siyun tries to isolate jungmin and she obliges because he was the only one truly there for her in time of need. the fact that he has violent tendencies kindof mirrors her father and mother. where her mother doesnt leave her father for some unknown reason. i think author did a great job in showing how a toxic/codependant relation starts and why its hard to leave. he might be violent, but he was also kind when no one. He might isolate her friends but they all bullied her some point. I can understand how from her perspective he is like her saviour. In so many toxic relationship we judge the victim saying they are stupid, but it probably they know they are treated bad but they hold on to the hope that things will go back to the way they were when times were good.
