Main character was abandoned by both mom and abusive dad, so he lives alone and works to pay loan and survive, a lonely life with squashed hopes of education. He dreams of a guy who is bullied and commits suicide. The dream is more than a dream. He ends up hit by truck and wakes up in the hospital in that dream-boy's body. He has now what he didn't have before: a rich house, parents who care, and a sibling---who seems to despise him. What is happening and why and what will he do in this dangerous situation?
