Ch10.5 leaves a bad aftertaste after Kou played Shinobu. Ch10.6 is better and shouldve been the only one at the end. It’s frustrating to know that Shinobu thinks he made Kou sick and collapse. Hell, no. That was Kou’s regret and guilt eating him up. It’s good that Kou suffered from it because it was cruel of him to continually take advantage of Shinobu like that.

Piled up tropes being tackled with a realist lens. But we know Yaoi shrugs it off if it isn't tagged as Tragedy.
