I Became the Wife of the Male Lead

Ongoing | 겨울잎,Jeokbal, purik | 2019 released

I believe it's going to be a "you didn't write the story, it only came to you as an inspiration. Hence, you are unrelated to whatever has happened to the novel when you 'transcribed' it". Despite the adaptability which Fiona shows in admitting that this was reality, her stubbornes regarding the novel's plot is annoyingly contradicting. She is both acknowledging the reality while also overlooking the domino effect which she has already triggered. Hence, she shouldn't be too sure of herself about the future. Anyway, the uploaders are like 3 entities trying to outdo each other.

The lazy prince becomes a genius

Ongoing | | 2000 released

for a sword-centered manhwa, it doesnt really show the differences of the swords used. like he uses this large and broad sword that could be used as a shield but is given a lesson by someone who uses a thinner and almost like a fencing sword type. It actually focuses more on "I'm depressed for 10 years but woke up from a dream which invigored me. Now, I'm just zoning into a goal which ultimately gives me some purpose to live". It even has a relapse episode. that's why the actual swordsmanship is set aside. besides the fact that his sword type and the strike/skill(?) he uses is very straightforward and linear, a vertical slash. It gives me that setting your mind straight, making a goal, pushing on to something that would keep you out of the bed and surrounsing yourself with other people to add some other voices into your head when you can't keep fighting.

The Player That Can't Level Up

Ongoing | 가빈지, Aengmusae, PARK Jungjae, Studio Khit | 2000 released

Despite being weak, he does his job well as a guide which garnered enough respect from those he guide through the tutorial stage. Although, at first, I wasn't all convinced with the logic of being conveniently overpowered with a rare item. I think the revelation of his unique skill isn't well explained or showcased, but ignoring that, his chemistry with his items are amusing. —the current arc makes little sense to me especially with how blown out the problem was. like... how is that he was a spy and shit like that. i don't really have a good understanding of who these internationally known guild are because of how surface-level the information is.

Konjiki no Word Master - Yuusha Yonin ni Makikomareta Unique Cheat

Ongoing | Tomoto Sui,Ozaki Yuusuke | 2000 released

the male lead is the only interesting character in this story. Despite the background stories of other characters, they become backdrops and are more or less idiotic with questionable personalities. The loli-harem factor, despite the male lead's indifference to the opposite sex, is just cringy. The mangaka has an obscene interest for child-appearance, boobs, and ecchi. Anyway, it gets really frustrating around ch60, which is like very very far into it so I guess that's a pro but also a little disappointing. Ah, and maybe because there are too many dialogues and repetitive topics, it gets boring. It's really only interesting when given the male lead's POV or like he's there lol

The Max Level Hero has Returned!

Ongoing | 유도 | 2019 released

A spirited away prince during the 6 yrs of being comatose. Trained by heroes for 1000 years. Woke up being semi-abandoned by the royal family, but it doesnt focus on revenge. Rather, he aims to live a life for himself, revenge being a part of it, not the end goal. —the plot just unfolds itself along the way, not much of a goalsetter except when it involves an arc. also, the royalty arc often becomes like a nuisance subarc because he's just here and there while the schemes of the queen and her people are like flies just out to annoy him while he does his bad boy shit
