5 stars for the beautiful art but 3 stars overall as it was too rapey and brutal to continue. Was tricked by the vague synopsis and can see no hint of romance or sexiness. It was interesting enough as a story so may continue if I ever get a stronger stomach in the future but that will be highly unlikely

A twisted romance but still a romance that I really enjoyed. That one shot at the end was pretty confusing and disturbing but all in all, a surprisingly entertaining and enjoyable read :) Loved the short DJ at the very end about main couples life in parallel universe. There is Prologue called 1: Episode 0, about Itpu's origins

Some of the extras were pretty cute. Reading order: 1 Bi no Isu 2 Kobi No Kyoujin 3 Bi No Kyoujin: Smoke

Dunno what to think of this one. Maybe it was too short to really get into what could have been such a good, angsty story and as there was no real conclusion to it, left me feeling kind of uneasy.

I nearly DNF'd at the beginning as it seemed like a dark, disturbing and at times, boring read that I thought I would tire of but I'm so glad I kept on reading as the character development and storyline became clearer and more interesting. I slowly started to understand the mangaka's dark sense of humour and have really got into this story but like an addict; I need more!! Need to see the 2 main characters finally get their sh!t together so please update!!! Update: it’s now vol9 ch56 and I’ve been skimming the last 10 chapters prior as the politics talk is getting tedious for me.

4.25 stars. I actually couldn't put this down. I thought I would hate it because of the rapes and prison setting, but once it got lovey dovey, I found myself enjoying it.

What a heartbreaking yet sweet read. This author broke me to pieces then put me back together again with this story. Only wished there was a more detailed epilogue or HEA at the end.

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There was only 1 glossed over "rapey" scene with first couple that was played out as possessiveness but was still rape. 1st couple was a story about Stockholm syndrome vs poverty and disguised as love. 2nd couple was about seme sleeping with many girls to get uke to admit to love. As much as I hate to admit it, I didn't hate both stories which is testament to the mangaka's skills.

I genuinely don't know how to rate this. Wtf did I read? I think before reading this, I was hoping for a twisted step relation read but got this instead. So I hated the whole premise and gist of this short read but for the life of me, I was so entertained and intrigued that if it were longer and more twisted, I would have continued reading cos that's how good this author is. Will try not to read these types of messed up stories again but I honestly gotta rate this authors skills.
