You wouldn’t think they have feelings for each others if it wasn’t for the blushing. Also the mere fact that the story implies that they sleep together maybe has little evidence that they are together. Normal friends wouldn’t always sleep together on the same bed when you have a mansion while one of you is only wearing boxers
