I actually like the rough art and even the hairy muscles which was a surprise to me since I’m not really into that kind of thing. I think it might be the fact that the uke is more boy like but strong that works for me. But my problem with the story is that they kind of just jump into a relationship which in that day & era it makes sense, but, idk, it’s all too rushed for me… or there’s just certain aspects of the story that I think could’ve been written out with more detail to make a story more interesting. Granted though It’s not a bad story! I’m really do want to continue to see where it goes. This could be a really good story but I feel like if they shorten it it’s gonna lose some of its creative value. The characters are definitely my type though! And loving the older/ parent like protector seme! I feel like what would really throw this story into awesome would be putting some nonpredictability into it. Like maybe the uke really is the one they say but it’s a different meaning that what is portrayed. Like a Robin Hood character. If that happens this would probably become a FAV for me.
