Λ ƬЯΛᄃΣ ӨF ƧЦП Rating [4.5/5] ☆☆☆☆☆ This is one of the few genuine series that I have read since I started getting into Manwhas. A Trace Of Sun is an introspective look through the survivors guilt of the main character and how everything just ties together throughout the whole journey. I love this series' way of showing love to its characters including the side characters who would have undoubtedly been thrown to the side by other authors because the characters here feels present and in tuned with the happenings and progress of the story and served their purpose effectively while still making sure they all got their time to shine as individuals of their own outside of the influence of the main characters. I did however think that the culmination of everything and how the male lead's manipulative tendencies tend to overshadow what he actually feels to just having only a few sight of him expressing it honestly and openly was such a cop out I wanted more blushing and open flirting like they had for the last few episodes. (╯︵╰,) Although special episodes will fix that eitherway so I'm not complaining. Anyway long story short, A Trace of Sun is a journey of healing from the grief of losing your love ones and how growth can appear from even the strangest of place you wouldn't expect. It's impactful pacing will leave you in tears by the end of it all as the author beautifully ties everything together. It's been awhile since I've seen such a well-written story full of flair, character and love among the distasteful cookie cutter mess that the BL genre experts in.
