so ML is not trash but i am a bit lost when he said that night he was talking about his engagement to FL but I don't remember such a night because there was only 1 night where ML meet FL parents it was the engagement party. Also, FL isn't stupid for what she did any normal person would do something or think the same thing because ML and FL sister were acting way too close to each other. also it would be weird if ML talk to the parents to marry her when it was on her engagement party also it still wouldn't add up because closing into the end the mother was shock that FL broke up with her manipulative fiance see so the parents didn't know a shit about it. So FL is not dumb but she is weak for falling for the manipulative fiance. why I give it 2 stars because it's been such a long time u get a proper ML is this harlequin book he was actually likable FL is weak personality-wise but she is not stupid but I would have love for a strong FL but she is strong in her own way so I couldn't not like her. it's just the plot of the story telling is a bit weird and felt like there was missing parts too and some parts didn't add up at all
