This story is about Tatsumi, a boy who has has beautiful blue eyes since he was born. But not only are they beautiful, the also give him supernatural powers. When his parents found out about this, they sent him to an island with his grandfather, who also had the same eyes with powers. Before Tatsumi's grandfather told Tatsumi that even though he will face heardships and misfortune, never hate or despise humans, and to try not to live alone, like he had.

After the death of his grandfather, Tatsumi meets Kei, a kid who saved him from his abusive father. Kei, who has a crush on Tatsumi, became a scientist to help Tatsumi finally be able to look in his eyes.
