Cast as the Murderer

Rising star actor, Yuya Hiiragi, becomes so absorbed in preparing for the role of a murderer that before he knows it, hes strangling his girlfriend. Tormented by his own murderous impulses, Hiiragi sinks deeper and deeper into the role. One night, after a rehearsal, hes assaulted by some thugs, and at the moment of the attack, his persona as the murderer takes over, leaving him surrounded by blood and the lifeless bodies of the men. Lets leave, now, suggests his manager, Kiryu, who proposes covering up the incident. But standing in their way is a detective who sees through their lies. Can Hiiragi continue to live as an actor, or will he lose himself completely?
