Plot: Midorimaru, an uncouth prince, becomes involved in his father's secret plans, and soon after encounters a peasant school teacher, Tae. As war approaches, circumstances even come to affect the beautiful noble Yayoi and enemy ninja in ways no one would have anticipated.
