Amita is a faraway island with a bustling town where "clans" vie for dominance, influence and status. Strange phenomena occur; the air itself has an enticing air, keeping people from leaving despite everything. After being away for quite some time, Seira returns to the island she calls home and re-encounters her childhood friend Rio.
