Summary
A wand and a spell. Wands and spells are what mages need to perform miracles.
But people have made “magic-enhancing apparatus” with their technology, and the old robe-wearing mages are a thing of the past.
The main character, Estea, is a mage who grew up in the countryside. She was trained from a young age by her grandmother, a woman who valued tradition, Estea, however, is a clumsy wizard who cannot even master rudimentary magic.
Estea had given up on herself completely, but she left her hometown and entered a magic school in the city, where she later became involved in a mission.
Estea is caught up in the battle to protect the world. What’s a spirit? What’s the abandoned city?
