When Do-hyun returns to civilian life after completing his military service, he is immediately confronted with a crisis: Prism Noise, the band he had been part of since high school as both composer and bassist, is on the verge of disbanding.
The problem began when Sun-woo appeared on the music variety show "Echo Star" and performed a cover of one of Prism Noise's songs. The cover became even more popular than the original. On top of that, the band's drummer and guitarist consecutively announced their departures, ultimately bringing Prism Noise's activities to an end.
Troubled and lost, Do-hyun happens to find a drunken Sun-woo one day and takes him to a hotel to rest.
After that encounter, the two begin keeping in touch and gradually become people who share each other's worries and offer comfort.
When Jae-hoon learns about their growing closeness, he begins to show feelings of jealousy and inferiority toward both Do-hyun and Sun-woo. The conflict between Do-hyun and Jae-hoon, who are lovers, spirals out of control.
In the end, Do-hyun and Jae-hoon decide to end their relationship. Meanwhile, Do-hyun and Sun-woo help heal each other's wounds, and their bond slowly deepens into a more intimate relationship.
