Summary
A comedy about a workplace that is both funny and comforting.
Eiko Ichikawa, a clerk at a toy company, is depressed because even though she does her job well, she is not appreciated, and she is beaten to a pulp by a single mistake.
"She wants to be praised" - a soliloquy she overhears from her boss, Mr Bando, and this is the start of her daily routine of receiving praise from Mr Bando! But the way he praises her... he's got a peculiar way of praising her!
