Kim Ji-soo is a hotel cleaner who can read people's secrets through the 'stains of memory' left in their rooms. Using this ability, Ji-soo runs a side job of blackmailing guests by peeking into their private lives and secret truths. One day, she ends up cleaning the room of a guest named Yeon-woo who particularly caught her eye, and she comes face-to-face with memories she must never see.
