Summary
How to make an Inugami:
Bury a dog so only it's head appears above ground. Put food before it and leave it for three days. The dog wants to, but cannot eat the food, no matter how hard it tries. Three days later, it will reach the peak of hunger. The look in it's eyes will change.
Decapitate it from behind at that time.
Enshrine the severed head.
Chant incantations.
Curse those you hate.
