Kenage na Seitou Kaicho to Yokoshima na Fuku Kaichou

A student council president in a puny student council no one knows about tries her best to attract new members despite running in circles. One man joins as the vice president with his eyes on the president disregarding his duties as a member of the student council. It's a gag comedy about their muddled days.
