Hunter and Jiyu are neighbors in a luxury apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.



Jiyu is a “shy girl” who loves sitting quietly with a book, while Hunter is a restless tennis prodigy and one of the “popular kids.” From beginning to end, they are complete opposites.



A meeting between a boy and a girl who lived in entirely different worlds.



At first, they were only pushed together by their mothers, but before long, Jiyu becomes someone Hunter can no longer live without.



“There’s something I need to confirm. Whether you’re really my winning jinx or not.”



After winning every match Jiyu attends to cheer him on, Hunter begins to firmly believe that she is his “jinx.”



Tired of Hunter asking her to come to every game, Jiyu comes up with a small trick. She simply writes his name on her palm and lightly presses her lips to it, but the next day, Hunter truly returns with a championship trophy.



Bound together under the name of “jinx,” their relationship grows deeper and deeper. But once Jiyu becomes an adult, a great tragedy befalls her.



“Jiyu Parker, you just sold yourself for one hundred thousand dollars.”



Jiyu uses Hunter in order to survive.

And Hunter uses Jiyu because of his jinx.



In tennis, “love” means zero.



Through warm childhood memories, the innocent flutter of first love blooming at the end of adolescence, and a tangled relationship filled with misunderstandings, missed chances, love, and hatred, the two begin their own love game.
