In reality, he's a wealthy real estate mogul who owns most of the commercial property in the tourist city of C. A mixed-race man with platinum-blond hair and purple eyes, he has the massive build of a center-back in soccer. With his decadent, delicate features and his utterly rotten personality, even local members of parliament know better than to cross him.
Is his seemingly uncanny ability to predict the future through his investments simply the result of a little luck and talent? Or is it the fruit of his skill at navigating a world where dirty money changes hands?
