Summary
Lydia, a daughter of the Etland count house, is pressured by her family circumstances to enter a contract marriage with her childhood friend, Clarence, whom she’s always disliked. After the contract is in place, Lydia realizes Clarence is suddenly much kinder than before. At school, Lydia faces bullying from students jealous of her union with Clarence. Lydia also discovers a hidden secret that Clarence has been keeping. As Lydia’s feelings toward Clarence begin to shift… this story kicks off a romance where a contract marriage with someone she once hated changes her life completely.
