During the modern-day in Japan, there exists an unknown secret ninja village. Anko, a 12 years old girl, who is the last descendant of ninja has been practicing day and night to fulfill her dream of becoming a great ninja, despite its difficulties. However, the more grown-up she becomes, the more hopeless she feels after being unable to keep up with the boys in terms of physical strength and muscle. 'I hate being a girl' - 'I want to become a great ninja'. Anko then took part in the ninja selection contest for the elite Kazanin lineage and was suddenly chosen as the exclusive guard for Kaede, the legitimate son of such family.
