Chizu is a Japanese girl in Las Vegas who believes herself a lady luck in gamble. She can't win the game for herself though. When her dad died, her relatives in Japan sent someone to bring her home. Chizu is a no-nonsense, outspoken person which is something Japanese society frown upon. The story is about her adjustment to life in Japan.
