Summary
The protagonist, (Yri), dies after a long illness, and is reincarnated by a god into another world. He is given (just enough/basic skills) and a new name, Yri, and hopes to live a slow, self-sufficient life. But upon reincarnating, things get dangerous immediately (gets attacked by a wild boar etc.), and he has to use his skills to survive, build up his living conditions, deal with monsters, etc.
