In 1970s America, Jack, who is hitchhiking, catches a ride with a truck driver named Stu.
Since they’re heading in the same direction, they travel together, but Stu’s behavior gradually becomes more unsettling. Acting as though he’s done this many times before, Stu begins to toy with Jack.
But at some point, the dynamic between the two completely reverses…
And Stu realizes that Jack had been hunting him from the very beginning.
