Ga-hyun works in the HR department of a large corporation, responsible for training new hires and interns. As part of a global company that prides itself on being the industry’s best, she must properly train and shape these newcomers into capable employees. The problem is… she has no idea what the chairman’s standards are for selecting them. Because of his eccentric personality—and the fact that he personally interviews every candidate—Ga-hyun often finds herself fuming at the unique, often exasperating recruits sent her way. Still, Ga-hyun is a consummate professional. No matter who she’s assigned, she has the ability to mold them into employees who fit the company image. And it’s rewarding—seeing the trainees she’s mentored thrive and rise through the ranks always gives her a sense of pride. But the real satisfaction comes when these once-naïve rookies begin to see her not just as a superior, but as a woman.
