Kotone is an office worker whose facial muscles are so dead everyone at work calls her "the ice queen." One day, on her way home from work, she meets the rugged ramen shop owner, Tetsu, and gets a bowl of ramen from him. Kotone falls in love with its taste, but because of her inherent inability to show her emotions, Tetsu thinks she hates it! She drinks her frustrations away to the point of blacking out, but when she wakes up, she learns Tetsu is bothered by his own scary face and blurts out something that's about to change how innocent she is!
