Salim and Grace were once lovers. But when she was made to face the reality of her unworthiness of the crown prince of a desert kingdom, Grace left Salim without a word. Angry at her abrupt departure, Salim tracks her down. They survive a plane crash and find themselves washed up on a deserted island. The shock causes Grace to lose her memory.
