Made Bread For The First Time

im kinda feeling emotionless like my emotions cant come out or be felt when its appropriate
normally i would feel different feelings easily with no problem like if i saw something i find funny i will laugh if its sad i will cry etc. but ever since august i havent been able to feel anything like idk how to explain its hard but it never happened before so im confused and scared.i have been trying everything like exercise sunlight supplements sleep etc. but its been 4 and a half month its hard to concentrate while studying and my memory suddenly became weak af
i told my parents they say its normal but im getting scared since its been too long and i have been taking care of myself properly
i have also tried dopamine fasting for like 1 day
im pretty sure its some chemical imbalance but if u ever had such an experience then let me know what u did
