Relax and close your eyes, then imagine fake scenarios you want like talking to your fav fictional character or going on an adventure. With this, you may not notice that it will put you to sleep hehe.

hm try to like play some video that you don't really have to look at the visuals to enjoy, but like boring enough for it to like get tuned out ya know. Usually I get distracted enough to fall asleep lol.

Tip from my therapist:
When trying to fall aslpeep close your eyes and try reminiscing all you did since you woke up to the moment you are in now.
It dosen't matter which activity you did jus try to remeber all, like if you yawned after waking up, or if it took you a long time getting out of bed, maybe you checked your soacial media... all those "s...... reply

I play audios more specifically GWA and Yagami yato to fall sleep to
find a good audio and just lay down
I have pretty bad sleeping problems and it helps
