Definitely prefer sub over dub, mostly because it sounds natural and the voice acting is always very expressive and matches the characters. I also like reading subtitles. not all dubs have subs either. They really should though.
But sometimes the dub can be just as hilarious. Like Haikyuu or Ouran. Those are absolute gems for dubs! reply
I prefer to go with subs since they sound more natural with the characters but there's some pretty good dubs too like Beastars (IMO) and Cowboy Bebops dub also seems pretty nice from what I've seen reply
i prefer sub but ngl there are some good dubs. The japanese dub just gives me more emotions (when they cry or scream) and the dialouge is kinda better. I feel like the dub is sometimes better at the jokes.
For example the haikyuu dub is hilarioussss it has me DEAD i rewatched haikyuu just for the dub bc it was funny af but i still prefer sub over...... 1 reply
Mirai Nikki's a good example, also Tomogui Kyoushitsu, Fukushyuu Kyoushitsu too although both are like death game and one is a revenge manga, I'm sorry if the last two aren't that good

Totally depends. I usually prefer dub, but when it's bad, it's bad and I'd rather sub. For the most part, I work with whatever's available on Netflix :P reply
I like sub more but I respect dub because I'm dyslexic so it helped me a lot when I was learning myself how to read plus dub is really good when you want to watch anime and do something else at the same time because you don't need to watch the screen you can just listen to the voices to get what's happening. reply
