It’s more common that you would wish for a shounen-ai to become yaoi, but I’m curious if there was a yaoi you would actually wish to be shounen-ai instead.
For Cherry Blossoms After Winter, it should’ve been fine if it just stayed as shounen-ai to me.

THESE TWO. I loved the manhwa and I couldn't stop crying at the end. They both didn't deserve anything that happened to them, and I would die for both of them.
