I am a writer and I've written both original stories and fan fiction. I prefer to write fantasy, and one of the main road blocks I come across is worldbuilding. It's really easy to just info-dump while trying to communicate what your world is like, but that's not really ingestible information for your reader, so you have to drip-feed it to them thr...... 1 reply
Writing usually depends on the process. It's pretty easy to think up a plot or an event, which in my opinion is basically daydreaming, but for me, the hard part is developing it into an actual story.
