My phobia doesn’t have its own name but the category it fits into is submechanophobia which is a fear of submerged man made objects. phonophobia, i suffer from phonophobia because of childhood trauma/ptsd. i get really sweaty and it gets hard to breathe and i sometimes injure myself, i always have nightmares so i wake up sweaty. but it's do-able, i try to get through it. i'm always trying to fight through it! it's hard but it's ok. reply
