Nope. My mom found out I read fanfiction a few years ago and I got a lecture about how it's all just porn, like 50 Shades of Gray, and bad writing, like Twilight. If she found out I read yaoi (and knew what it was), I would probably have to deal with another lecture and also listen to her rant about how Americans only focus on sex and all that jazz...... reply

They do but they don't. No. My mom saw me reading some but she brushed it off and told me not to anymore. Of course I didn't stop. It is something I enjoy and my parents do not need to know about everything in my life that I like.
