I'm a mom, i read a lot less, and sometime i stop reading for months. When i'm busy with really good stuff happening in my life, i rarelly open my books and i don't miss them. Yaoi made me realise made me chalenge the way moral restrains us. For instance, i can't stand shotacon, i don't like rape as part of any storytelling and i really wish it would never be presented as "casual" or used like an escalator to intimacy and even less love. These are moral values that i still want to embrace. But yaoi raised my awareness ......   reply

I think I am being more tolerant to LGBT couples as a straight, even tho I never find one in real life...
