I recently found a video that makes you feel like your experience dementia or something similar to that. For me, I really didn't experience it but I guess that's because I have strong mental health but I do not recommend it if you are dealing with mental health issues. It's 6 hours long but I recommend listening for the first 6 or so 10 minutes!
