Put headphones on, and since your studying, put on some soft music, but with full volume.

Put on headphones and listen to epic ost or anime ops or k pop etc depends on wat u like and wat u focus with test it one by one but since ur out of time i suggest u take one hour of ur time put on ur headphones and test it on doing one exercise and see which one u can focus with the best i understand ur situation best cuz u can say we're like ur n...... 1 reply
