I live in Moldova. Schools and universities and gyms and cafes and restaurants and other service places are shut now. But we are not on lockdown and in the streets people are normal. The supermarkets are normal too, no people panic shopping here lol. There are very few cases here and no deaths yet. The borders are shut at the moment though. 1 reply
I am French. I work in a bakery. hygiene is catastrophic ... my boss leaves us a cloth to wash our hands ... but no soaps! I'm from Sweden and here, well not much has changed. But I think that Sweden is handling this really badly.. They've stopped testing people that are outside of the risk groups, even if they have all of the symptoms. So there is probably a lot more cases than we think.
