His and Her Circumstances- This one is one of my favorites. It's a bit old, but the plot and characters are amazing. While it starts off very innocent as we learn about the ML we learn of his abusive childhood and his trauma from it.
Mars- the art style is a bit old but it's really good. It covers abuse and the trauma related to it.
