i think its good just not my fav, i liked kuromukuro, and mobile suit gundum iron blooded orphan was pretty good except it was already really long when i started so i'm taking a break from it now. gurren laggan i just started but it seems pretty fun but idk if i like it or not. so yeah i like it but i don't love it and would rather watch fantasy or...... reply

I'm personally not a big fan of mecha and I prefer reading stories where it's set in the past rather than the present. I enjoy fantasy and psychological and I just don't feel like mecha does it for me reply

I have noticed that a lot of people outside of Japan don't really watch mecha anime. There are other niche genres that are super popular such as the idol one. However for some reason, mecha anime didn't really make a huge impact besides for two or three titles.
What is your opinion on this genre?
